Stichting International Water Conferences (IWC) organiseert internationale bijeenkomsten in opdracht van het Koninklijk Nederlands Waternetwerk (KNW).
International Water Conferences gaat over elkaar ontmoeten, en ervaringen en best practices uitwisselen. We verbinden de laatste wetenschappelijke inzichten met de praktijk. IWC-activiteiten stimuleren en versterken het internationale netwerk van professionals om oplossingen te bieden voor veerkrachtige steden en circulaire economie, en om de Nederlandse watersector te versterken.
Een van de activiteiten is het Amsterdam International Water Web, een community van City-, Utility- en Industry Leaders met als hoogtepunt de tweejaarlijkse Amsterdam International Water Week (AIWW); zie ook amsterdamiww.com

WaterMicro2025 is de toonaangevende conferentie op het gebied van watermicrobiologie. De 22e editie werd juni 2025 gehouden in Amersfoort. Alle deelgebeiden kwamen aan bod, van onderzoek aan microbiologische waterkwaliteit en gezondheidseffecten tot nieuwe methoden voor monitoring en analyse. Centraal thema voor 2023 was 'Water in Transition - Accelerate the Action'. AIWW richt zich daarbij specifiek op steden, utilities, industrie, agro&food sector, en de wetenschap. Daarbij komen veel aspecten aan bod, zowel technologie, beleid en financiering, als samenwerking met stakeholders en communities, en vernieuwingen in smart en nature-based solutions.
